April 14, 2024: Mexican Cooking Class

Chef Eduardo Perez taught a class of 15 participants how to cook Mexican cuisine and then after the food was prepared, the class enjoyed a meal together.



Menu included:

  1. Pibil Chicken

  2. Mexican Red Rice
